Western Sand & Gravel, LLC (SEPA)

Western Sand & Gravel, LLC is seeking a new, interruptible surface water right (S1-29488) from the Snohomish River and is also seeking a reservoir right (R1-29489) to store it in a lined pond. Proposed industrial uses include sand and gravel washing, dust control, and a concrete batch plant.
