River Point Farms Onion Processing Facility

We invite you to comment on availability of the revised State Waste Discharge Application for River Point Farms Onion Processing Plant, Temporary Permit No. ST0501336.


The revised application may be viewed at the Department of Ecology (Department) website: https://apps.ecology.wa.gov/paris/FacilitySummary.aspx?FacilityId=79107.


Following evaluation of the application and other available information, a draft permit will be developed which would allow the discharge of fresh onion processing wastewater, up to a maximum of 100,000 gallons per day, to a double lined lagoon from its facility located at  184301 Plymouth commercial road, Plymouth, WA. All discharges to be in compliance with the Department of Ecology's Water Quality Standards for a permit to be issued.
