Ecology negotiated a legal agreement called an Agreed Order with Bridge Point Seattle 130 LLC (Bridge Point), the Potentially Liable Person (PLP), for the Dawn Food Products cleanup site (Site) at 6901 Fox Avenue South in Seattle. The Agreed Order requires the PLP to address contamination at the Site.


We would like your input on the following documents:
  • Agreed Order : legal document that requires Bridge Point to investigate environmental conditions, complete a Remedial Investigation (RI), Feasibility Study (FS), and a draft Cleanup Action Plan (dCAP).
  • Public Participation Plan : describes how Ecology will inform the community about site activities and ways to become involved.
