We invite your comments on a draft report describing a vessel traffic risk assessment for Grays Harbor, Washington. Ecology's Spills Prevention, Preparedness, and Response Program conducted this assessment through a series of workshops with area tribes and maritime stakeholders.
The goals of the assessment are to assess baseline and changing oil spill risks from commercial vessels operating in Grays Harbor, identify measures that could help reduce the risks of oil spills, assess oil spill response preparedness, and identify baseline oil spill response capability.
