Mobil 99BLV Delisting

The Mobil 99BLV cleanup Site is located at 1500/1510 145th Place S.E., Bellevue, WA.  The Site was a former gasoline station and is currently a corner shopping center that includes a grocery store and other retail tenants. Ecology is proposing to remove the Site from the:
  • Hazardous Sites List (HSL)
  • Leaking Underground Storage Tank List

Ecology determined that the cleanup actions at the site now meet state cleanup standards.The public is invited to review and comment on the:
  • Draft No Further Action Letter, and
  • Closure Report, March 27, 2018 (Cardno).

Ecology will review and respond to all comments received.
